We are seeking an experienced youth mental health clinician to lead the development and implementation of our HOPE program.
The successful candidate will provide operational management and leadership, working closely with the Clinical Leadership Team and Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational and clinical quality improvement initiatives to enhance the HOPE Model of Care
- Provide capacity building, training, and leadership of all staff within the HOPE program
- Establish partnerships with local services to increase service accessibility through expanded pathways initiative
- Minimum 8 years' experience in tertiary mental health
