Research Associate Opportunity

The position of Research Associate is now available at a world-leading youth mental health research organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to managing research projects, including ethics applications, and participate in team research activities.
  • Undertake rapid reviews of youth mental health literature and perform qualitative interviews and analysis.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to advance knowledge and services for young people experiencing mental ill-health.
  • Support the development of services targeting young people with, or at risk of, first episode psychosis within designated centres nationally.
Requirements
  • A postgraduate degree in behavioural or social sciences, with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in youth mental health research and service development.
  • Experience with qualitative research methods and literature reviews.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to negotiate and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Passion for building a research career in the mental health sector.
