Executive Head of Beverage Operations

We seek a seasoned and forward-thinking Head of Beverage Operations to lead the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring seamless team management, efficient inventory control, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth
  • Lead and train a diverse team to achieve peak performance
  • Collaborate with suppliers to optimize stock ordering and inventory management
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
  • Manage cash handling, EFTPOS transactions, and daily reporting accurately
  • Deliver world-class customer service through proactive engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior management or supervisory roles within the hospitality or retail industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Barista/hospitality background (desirable)
  • Food Safety Supervisor or RSA certification (advantageous)
  • Results-driven attitude, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction
