  • Elevate operational effectiveness by crafting and implementing robust policies, processes, procedures, and standards across jurisdictions.
  • Identify opportunities for embedding best-in-class data practices within IT teams and throughout the organisation.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration among Data Stewards and other teams while supporting adoption of cutting-edge data tools and associated processes.
  • Partner with the Enterprise Data team to design, implement, and maintain tools and processes ensuring compliance with data obligations across jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to streamline processes, enhance compliance, reduce effort, elevate data maturity, and drive tangible business value.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to gather and analyse data requirements, ensuring solutions align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years' experience in data management roles preferably in Financial Services or FinTech sectors.
  • 2+ years' experience in specialist Data Governance positions.
  • Strong understanding of DAMA DMBoK principles or equivalent data frameworks and industry best practices.
  • Experience in at least two key Data Management Areas (e.g. Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modelling, Data Security, Data Integration, Data Risk, Reporting).
  • Able to translate complex regulatory, compliance, and business requirements into clear, actionable data policies.
