Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Corporate Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring positive outcomes for our clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and live chat enquiries for Shorty's Liquor and Gifting Hubs, providing timely and effective support to customers;
  • Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly, escalating complex matters as necessary;
  • Deliver a high level of customer service both internally and externally, maintaining a positive and supportive culture within the business;
  • Ensure communication is clear, concise, and covers all necessary information, acting as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updating important information in a timely manner;
  • Actively promote a positive and supportive culture within the business, fostering a sense of community and teamwork among colleagues;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions;
  • Stay up-to-date with new product trends and developments, communicating relevant information to the business and suggesting opportunities for growth and improvement;
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the beverage industry;
  • Customer-centric attitude and excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities effectively;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer challenges;
  • Product and industry knowledge would be advantageous, but not essential;

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
