We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Prestons, NSW. This is a dynamic role with opportunities for growth and development within a high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Salary: Approximately $88,400 per annum, inclusive of 25% casual loading.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract anticipated until January 2026 (with strong possibility of permanent conversion). As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our valued clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
