About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Experience Delivery Specialist to join our connect division. The Symbio connect division works with large corporate, multi-national and government organisations across the Asia-Pacific region.

This role involves end-to-end management of customer provisioning and delivery orders, ensuring exceptional customer experience through effective communication and timely delivery within specified service level agreements/targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders and ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Communicate effectively with customers to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Order Management, Processing and fulfilling customer provisioning requests and orders
  • Advanced stakeholder management experience (internal and external)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Willingness to develop professionally and to learn and support other technology
  • Previous contact centre experience is an asset
