Community Support Role Overview

Make a positive impact in the lives of our clients by providing exceptional support and care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and connect with clients, assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning, tidying, washing and other activities aligned with their care plan.
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping.
  • Prepare meals for clients.
  • Provide social support or respite for family members or caregivers.
  • Assist with personal care, including showering and dressing (if qualified or fully trained).
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to individuals in the community.
  • Comfortable interacting with diverse people.
  • Reliable team player.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety protocols.
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Australian driver's license and access to a registered motor vehicle are essential.
