Village Community Leader

We are seeking an experienced Village Community Leader to manage the daily administration and operations of our independent living retirement village.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong ability to plan and execute tasks, and be highly motivated and self-driven. They will report directly to the Committee of Management and be responsible for all aspects of running the village, including office administration, financial management, asset management, supplier management, and resident relations.

Required Skills and Qualifications- A result-focused attitude with a commitment to excellence
- Demonstrable experience in organisation, planning, and time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Competency in accounts and reconciliation, including MYOB
- Good interpersonal skills in interacting with residents, staff, and suppliers
