Senior Digital Content Specialist

As a Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and editing digital content that is accurate, clear, and relevant to our audience.
- Ensure written content on the intranet is purposeful and well-presented.
- Upload and format content using SharePoint.
- Reshape content to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with other team members on projects.
- Conduct content testing and quality checks in staging environments prior to go-live.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organisation and time management skills, proven ability to meet tight deadlines. You should also have high standards of written and verbal communication skills, experience working with accessible intranet or internet platforms that comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and an understanding of best practice in digital accessibility.
- Experience working with a range of content management systems, including SharePoint.
- Experience in writing and editing digital content in a medical, academic scientific environment.
- Experience with copywriting / publishing models.
- Experience creating and maintaining a positive user experience on digital platforms.
