About the Role

As ourDigital Content Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our storytelling. You'll craft compelling, high-impact content that connects with audiences across digital platforms — inspiring action, building trust, and growing our community of supporters.

This is your chance to use your creativity and digital expertise to shine a light on powerful human stories and drive real social impact.

What You'll Do

  • This role is responsible for content creation, digital channel management, communications support, and stakeholder engagement. A key focus of the role is the design and execution of digital content to acquire, engage, and retain donors and supporters through compelling storytelling and targeted campaigns.
  • Contribute to CCV's Content Marketing and Social Media Strategies, with a focus on designing and executing targeted content to acquire, engage, and retain donors and supporters.
  • Create educational, advocacy, and promotional materials for fundraising, outreach, and public awareness.
  • Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all content formats.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or related field ideal
  • Professional experience in a content or digital marketing role
  • Understanding of content marketing principles, audience engagement strategies, and campaign planning.
  • Competency in using a range of new media and digital platforms and tools including, but not limited to: website and email marketing Content Management Systems, Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Creative suite (particularly InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Canva, and social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram)
