About the Role

You will be responsible for designing and implementing content that meets user needs and drives business results.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of content design principles and experience working in agile multi-channel environments.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

  • Apply content design, UX writing, and digital content expertise in agile multi-channel environments
  • Adhere to best-practice content design principles and processes
  • Use analytics and customer insights to identify optimisations that improve customer experience and quality

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing content strategies that meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure seamless execution of content initiatives
  • Developing and maintaining content guidelines and standards
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content design
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Around 3+ years of experience in UX writing and/or product content design
  • Solid understanding of SEO, accessibility, and UX fundamentals, paired with high-level copywriting, grammar, and editing skills
  • Experience working on content for both website and mobile applications
