We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess experience handling AU/NZ campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class service to customers through accurate, efficient, and respectful interactions.
  • Work under the supervision of Circle Leaders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

  • Ability to multitask in a metric-driven environment with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience handling AU/NZ campaigns is an advantage.
  • Capacity to articulate complex messages in a clear and concise manner.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on location and other factors.
