Leadership Role: Mechanical Supervisor

The Mechanical Supervisor is a pivotal leadership position responsible for managing a team of skilled fitters to deliver high-quality services efficiently, effectively, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and train the team to work in accordance with established workshop and site procedures.
  • Estimate, quote, plan, and execute workshop jobs and shutdown schedules to meet customer and company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and promote a culture of zero harm.
  • Manage service orders, monitor labor resources, materials planning, and contractor management.

Requirements:

  • Trade certificate in mechanical fitting is mandatory.
  • Proven experience leading teams, including coaching and technical support.
  • Ability to plan and organize workloads as required.
  • High-risk forklift ticket and dogging/rigging skills are highly desirable.
  • Attention to detail and a strong focus on safety are essential.
