Key Responsibilities:

* Define the vendor list and prepare requests for proposal

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years' experience working in the construction industry in a similar role
* Experience working on large-scale construction projects or other suitable projects
* Sound knowledge of construction materials and strong experience within the heavy construction industry
* Sound understanding of local and international import/export legislation or requirements
* Fluent English mandatory; an additional language constitutes an advantage
