About This Role:

We are seeking an Employment Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping people with disabilities find employment opportunities that match their skills and interests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in employment services and be passionate about supporting people with disabilities to achieve their career goals. You will work closely with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to develop tailored support plans and facilitate inclusive hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and create career opportunities for clients
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity
  • Engage with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities
  • Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks
