We are seeking a skilled professional to support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a meaningful career. As part of our dedicated and collaborative team, you will guide people through the job-readiness journey - helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • You will work closely with clients to plan their next career steps, providing guidance and support along the way.
  • You will build strong relationships to understand each client's goals, strengths, and support needs.
  • You will provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • You will connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
  • You will collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • You will meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
  • You will champion values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

You're confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them toward meaningful and sustainable careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You love getting to know each client's unique strengths, goals and challenges so you can coach them effectively and build their confidence for their next career. At the same time, you enjoy engaging with employers; taking the time to understand their business needs so you can prepare candidates who are the right fit. Your strong relationship-building skills allow you to connect with both clients and employers alike.

You're proactive, professional, and detail-oriented, always maintaining accurate records and upholding a high standard of service. Above all, you lead with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred support.

Essential Criteria:

  • You hold qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g. Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable
  • You have experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions
  • You have proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans
  • You're confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs
  • You possess strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • You have knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labour market trends
  • You hold a current Driver's License - essential
