Job Description

This role is inclusive of a 25% casual loading.

Hudson Australia is seeking an experienced Delivery Lead Coordinator to lead teams to ensure the successful delivery of current ICT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery teams to ensure the successful delivery of current ICT initiatives.
  • Identify and coordinate the financial, human, and physical resources required for the planning, development, and delivery of ICT initiatives to budget, time, and quality targets.
  • Liaise with internal IT service management and operational support teams to ensure that new initiatives are delivered in a sustainable way, ensuring benefits can be realised.
  • Coordinate the upgrade of 10,000+ computers from Windows 10 to Windows 11, including user interface, security, and feature changes that may impact application functionality and ways of working.
  • Plan and coordinate project activities and resources to deliver the required outcome within the project timeframes.
  • Produce required project documentation in accordance with policies and procedures within a project governance framework.
  • Ensure appropriate project governance and assurance activities are in place for the project.
  • Develop and implement communication plans, organisational change management plans, and benefit realisation plans where necessary.
  • Liaise closely with all project stakeholders, including Project Executives, Project Board Members, Senior Users, Senior Suppliers, Senior Management, and other Project Managers.
  • Provide effective management of risks, issues, conflicts, change requests, and priorities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Manage project resource allocations.
  • Provide direction and support for the project team.
  • Timely and accurate reporting on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure project administration activities are undertaken in accordance with internal governance and compliance practices.
Mandatory Requirements
  • Experience in software or operating system deployment projects.
Highly Desirable
  • Experience with Microsoft Project.
  • Current and varied experience across public and private sector is highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Criminal History Check.
