Job Summary:
Hudson Australia is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Coordinator to lead teams in the successful delivery of current ICT initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the financial, human, and physical resources required for the planning, development, and delivery of ICT initiatives to budget, time, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination:
- Plan and coordinate project activities and resources to deliver the required outcome within the project timeframes.
- Produce required project documentation in accordance with policies and procedures within a project governance framework.
- Ensure appropriate project governance and assurance activities are in place for the project.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and implement communication plans, organisational change management plans, and benefit realisation plans where necessary.
- Liaise closely with all project stakeholders, including Project Executives, Project Board Members, Senior Users, Senior Suppliers, Senior Management, and other Project Managers.
- Project Management:
- Provide effective management of risks, issues, conflicts, change requests, and priorities.
- Develop and maintain project schedules.
- Manage project resource allocations.
- Provide direction and support for the project team.
- Timely and accurate reporting on the progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Project Administration:
- Ensure project administration activities are undertaken in accordance with internal governance and compliance practices.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience in software or operating system deployment projects.
Highly Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Current and varied experience across public and private sector is highly desirable.
Working Conditions:
8 Hours/day - 40 Hour working week.
The successful candidate will be required to complete a Criminal History Check.
