We are seeking a senior professional to lead our workplace health and safety initiatives. As the Workplace Health and Safety Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective WHS strategies across our extensive retail network.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deliver WHS frameworks, policies, and practices;
- Monitor regulatory compliance across retail locations;
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments;
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver targeted training;
- Proven experience in WHS and compliance;
- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and industry standards;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Analytical problem-solving mindset and practical approach to risk;
- Relevant qualifications in Work Health and Safety or a related field.
