Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join our growing national health and safety consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will work under the mentorship of industry-renowned leaders and collaborate closely with clients across various industries to identify and address health, safety, and wellbeing challenges.

You will be responsible for contributing to project planning and delivery, working on physical and psychosocial risk management, strategy, governance, audit, and analytical frameworks. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex operating and regulatory environments and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Contributing to collaborative project teams, applying technical expertise in health, safety, and wellbeing to deliver high-quality results.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and clients, including providing guidance and coaching to junior professionals.
  3. Identifying new opportunities, working proactively to achieve project goals, and managing multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have three to five years of experience in health and safety management systems, auditing, risk management, process safety, property risk, or equivalent operational experience. You should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn and grow. Relevant tertiary qualifications in health and safety, engineering, environmental, or health sciences are highly regarded.
