Job Title: Exams Coordinator

The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists is the leading standards body responsible for the training and education of specialists and GP obstetricians in obstetrics and gynaecology.

Key responsibilities include coordinating examination development, delivery, evaluation, and reporting, as well as communicating with stakeholders to provide timely information and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, deliver, evaluate, and report on examinations.
  2. Communicate with various stakeholders, providing key contact support.
  3. Offer timely and accurate information, support, and advice regarding examinations.
  4. Manage the examination question bank.
  5. Coordinate assessment design, standard setting, and validation activities.
  6. Facilitate examination marking activities.
  7. Oversee quality improvement initiatives to ensure successful assessment-related projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Administrative experience within an education setting, meticulous attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines are essential skills. Previous experience supporting examinations in a tertiary institution setting is also desirable, along with stakeholder management experience.
