Job Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Programme Performance Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing Capital Works projects for Defence clients, ensuring timely delivery and excellent outcomes.

This role offers the opportunity to develop strong relationships with Defence stakeholders, drive innovative solutions, and contribute to shaping the future of Defence capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project execution, schedules, and scopes of work to deliver client expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective change, quality, health, safety, and risk management strategies.
  • Support multiple concurrent projects across the entire lifecycle, including design management, tendering, contract administration, financial management, project scheduling, and risk management.
  • Report on project status, progress, and completion to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of Project Management principles and passion for infrastructure projects.
  • Consultancy project management experience, particularly in Defence-related projects.
  • Qualifications in technical disciplines such as engineering, project management, or construction management.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Australian Citizenship and eligibility for security clearance.
