This is a rewarding leadership opportunity to oversee the daily care of young people in our residential care homes.

In this role, you will step in during the House Supervisor’s absence, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment for our residents. You will play a vital part in shaping the experiences of young people while collaborating with the House Supervisor.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual who has a knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, as well as awareness of the current issues faced by Aboriginal children, young people, and their families.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to supervise, lead, and support a team of residential care workers. They will also have experience and knowledge of the residential care field, particularly within a therapeutic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily care operations for young people in residential care homes.">
  • Supervise, lead, and support a team of residential care workers.">
  • Collaborate with the House Supervisor to ensure high-quality care delivery.">
  • Maintain strong relationships with young people, colleagues, and external partners.">

  • Current and valid Driver's Licence.">
  • Current and valid Employee Working with Children Check.">

  • Valid and current NDIS Workers Screening Check.">
  • Relevant Diploma with substantial experience.">
