Digital Transformation Leader

This key leadership position presents an opportunity to drive strategic ICT initiatives and enhance digital capabilities in a well-established school.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the school's ICT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity while leading a small team of three.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining ICT infrastructure, systems, and network security.
- Mentoring and developing the ICT team.
- Driving strategic ICT planning and digital transformation.
- Implementing a disaster recovery plan and enhancing cybersecurity measures.
- Leading key ICT projects, including system upgrades and infrastructure developments.
- Managing the school's Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program across all student cohorts.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ICT management, preferably within an education setting, and strong expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and IT service management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic ICT solutions, excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
A commitment to the values and ethos of Catholic education is highly desirable.
The successful candidate will possess qualifications in Computer Science, IT Networks, or a related field.
