Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Service Stream. As a key member of our Metering department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract development, negotiation, and management within the NSW Network Infrastructure sector.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contract management and telecommunications industry experience, ideally in infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts, including service agreements, procurement contracts, vendor agreements, and project-specific contracts.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with contracts, ensuring compliance with Australian telecommunications regulations, standards, and legal frameworks.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contract terms align with business objectives.
- Overseeing the implementation of contractual obligations, ensuring all parties fulfill their commitments.
- Ensuring all contracts adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Providing regular reports on contract performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Addressing contract-related disputes and conflicts, working to resolve issues in a timely and amicable manner.
- Continuously improving contract management processes, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
