About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless contract administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare tender documentation for trade packages and coordinate with tenderers.
  • Support the preparation of scopes and negotiation of subcontracts.
  • Assist with document control alongside the design team.
  • Help administer head contract and subcontractor progress claims.
  • Assist in the preparation and response to head contract and subcontract variations.
  • Set up and maintain project control registers.
  • Aid in authority applications and liaise with relevant authorities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly cost reports and fulfill other head contract obligations.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering.
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with contract administration.
  • Solid understanding of construction practices, methods, and materials.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
