Strategic Partnership Development Lead

At Salesforce, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Account Partner to join our Professional Services sales team. This role offers a unique opportunity for high-energy professionals to engage with executive-level customers and drive business growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for generating pipeline by identifying opportunities within our customer base, working closely with license sales teams, and articulating how our services can solve customer challenges. They will also be expected to create compelling visions and communicate our entry-point services solutions effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and creating new qualified opportunities within the current customer base.
- Progressing those deals through a sales cycle to closed-won.
- Engaging with license sales teams and customers using a consultative selling approach.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate should have expertise in facilitating meetings and presenting to an executive-level audience.
We are looking for a self-starter who can take initiative and demonstrate a strong track record of quickly learning new processes and products. A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, and 5+ years of consultative sales experience, including 2+ years of inside/field sales experience, is preferred.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of business processes, such as Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support, as well as understanding of customer success principles and approaches.
