Dynamic Event Planner

This is a part-time role that offers the flexibility to live a balanced life with 20 hours of work per week. You may work mainly remote or on-site during events, utilizing your efficient coordination and administration skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across various levels.
- Coordinate multiple event calendars and ensure smooth execution.
- Develop and manage sponsorship packages for optimal results.
- Coordinate with sponsors, speakers, and other key individuals involved in the event.
- Design and implement social media marketing strategies to enhance event visibility.
- Manage event finances effectively, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely payments.
You will collaborate closely with the Events Committee and report directly to the CEO. As part of a small team, every member contributes to the success of events. Key tasks include agenda preparation, event listing, venue bookings, catering arrangements, name badge management, guest list maintenance, photo gallery creation, and post-event survey distribution.
While formal qualifications are not required, at least 5 years of experience in event coordination and/or marketing are necessary. Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Mailchimp, Wordpress, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms is advantageous. If you lack these skills, training will be provided to equip you for success in this role.
