High-Rise Cooling Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of the High-Rise Cooling Program. This exciting opportunity is part of a collaborative effort focused on installing cooling technology in high-rise public housing towers throughout Victoria.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of new air conditioning technology within public high-rise tower dwellings across Victoria's fourteen (14) precincts. The precincts comprise 44 high-rise towers with 6,660 units, varying in height from 12 to 30 storeys.
This role requires a highly experienced construction project manager with expertise in coordinating procurement processes, contract management, and stakeholder relationships. You will also have experience in program management, planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders
- Ensuring timely delivery of projects, including robust procurement processes and accurate communication
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
