Job Title: Building Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Building Ambassador. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of our public spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces.
  • Ensure that all equipment and supplies are clean, well-maintained, and easily accessible.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable about the property and its amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy equipment and supplies.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
