
Customer Retention Strategist

As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by proactively managing customer relationships at the point of renewal.
This role is ideal for someone with exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a strong commercial acumen.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling TeamViewer solutions that align with customers' evolving business needs.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on data-driven decision-making and support the design and roll-out of targeted retention strategies tailored to specific customer segments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Re-establish and confirm customer needs
- Conduct customer needs analysis and solution mapping
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Assist with strategy development and execution
- Accurate CRM management
Responsibilities:
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling TeamViewer solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer needs and develop targeted retention strategies
• Manage accurate customer records, renewal statuses, feedback, and activity notes in CRM tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
