Design Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead design teams and track deliverables across high-profile data centre projects in Australia and overseas.

The successful candidate will support the Senior Design Manager, coordinate teams to ensure seamless delivery, and manage project tools and documentation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, and stakeholders
  • Liaising with commercial teams and contributing to quality assurance processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or Architecture (Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services preferred)
  • Understanding of construction design processes and building systems
  • Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams
