Our organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Residential Youth Worker. In this position, you will have the opportunity to support individuals in developing essential life skills, fostering confidence, and strengthening community connections.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support for individuals with daily living needs, including medications, medical appointments, emotional, and behavioral assistance.
  • Work collaboratively to help individuals achieve their goals and promote independence as they transition to adulthood.

Requirements:

  • Certificate 4 (or studying) in a related discipline, preferably in youth work or human services.
  • Previous experience as a Youth Worker within a disability context, demonstrating expertise in trauma-informed care.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications.
