About the Position

We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Professional to lead our team in providing integrated, individualized services and practice leadership in the delivery of psychosocial rehabilitation, recovery programs and services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and coaching the team to deliver quality services, facilitating positive educational and social experiences for clients, and advocating for clients and families to enable their return to the community and enjoy meaningful lives.

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team offering specialized psychosocial support and collaborating with various services and the community to ensure a coordinated response to client's recovery goals.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or other health-related field and proven ability to effectively lead and develop a team to achieve quality service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement group programs that focus on building client's daily living skills and promoting recovery.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other professionals and services to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.

What You'll Bring
