We are seeking a skilled Community Corrections Professional to join our team. As a Senior Case Manager (Rural and Remote), you will play a vital role in making a real difference in your community.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for delivering evidence-informed case management and individualised support to individuals under supervision orders. This will involve ensuring a high level of community safety through the case management of adults subject to orders within the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise between management, staff, and stakeholders to negotiate service delivery, priorities, deadlines, resources, and other relevant issues
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Demonstrate experience working within a legislative framework that underpins core service delivery areas
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with various stakeholders
  • Utilise negotiation and interpersonal skills to address sensitive and complex issues
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid driver's license, minimum C class Australian licence
  • Complete Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 18 months of commencing employment
