Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our building and construction division.

This is a critical role that requires strategic vision, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.

  • Manage resources effectively to meet project schedule deadlines.
  • Lead and direct a team of experienced Civil and Construction personnel.
  • Manage sub-contractors and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Monitor and develop high levels of quality assurance.
  • Oversee cost management, scheduling, and client relations.

The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of contractual requirements, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in construction management.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing resources efficiently to meet project schedule deadlines.
  2. Leading and directing a team of experienced Civil and Construction personnel.
  3. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while managing sub-contractors.
  4. Developing and implementing quality assurance measures.
  5. Coordinating cost management, scheduling, and client relations.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
  • Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management).
  • QBCC Open Builders Licence.
  • Proven track record in construction management.
