As a Cultural Practice Advisor, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to provide culturally safe services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with children, families, carers and service providers to support cultural needs.
  • Provide individualized casework supports including facilitation of positive family connection and reunification.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to establish safety and support networks.
  • Provide high quality cultural advice to inform decisions about child safety.
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary team to deliver family support services.
  • Actively contribute to a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
