Operational Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the operational management and delivery of a national program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership to a team of project managers, product managers, and operational specialists
  • Manage assessment work streams, including operational support and projects
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of NAPLAN operational activities
  • Support the Program Director as a key point of contact for stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong leadership skills, including team building, task allocation, prioritization, and risk assessment
  • Broad knowledge of NAPLAN operational processes and governance
  • Significant project management experience working in online environments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High-level organizational skills and ability to manage complex tasks concurrently
