We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects within a large industrial precinct.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive the review process to ensure the award of all subcontractors within the required time frame and budget.
- Maintain a register of subcontractors and operate and maintain commercial and contract systems.
- Ensure cost forecasting for allocated subcontracts and cost codes are accurately maintained.
- Participate in identification and quantification of Head Contracts Process and recommend progress claims for work completed.
Requirements:
- Current experience as a Contracts Administrator.
- Non-negotiable – experience using Cheops (construction software program).
- Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction, or Equivalent.
- 3-years post-graduate experience.
- Track Record in Managing Subcontractors & Contract Tenders.
