Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Allocations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Planning Team, you will play a critical role in managing stock allocations and replenishments to our franchise stores.

About the Role

In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will work closely with our Merchandise Planner to analyse sales trends, monitor deliveries, and maintain optimal stock levels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Following up on aged orders with suppliers and processing purchase order cancellations
  • Documenting and acknowledging enquiries, maintaining necessary registers and records
  • Fostering strong relationships and effective communication with business stakeholders and team members

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • The ability to work with data to uncover patterns and insights
  • Confidence in your communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
  • Experience working with digital tools and spreadsheets, including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
