Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity exists for an Analyst to join our Integrated Planning Team based onsite at the Homebush West Corporate Office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock allocations and replenishments to franchise stores while supporting the planning function.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage stock allocations and replenishments to franchise stores
  • Support the planning function by analysing sales trends, monitoring deliveries and maintaining optimal stock levels
  • Provide comprehensive reports and insights to relevant stakeholders
  • Follow up on aged orders with suppliers and process purchase order cancellations
  • Document and acknowledge enquiries, maintaining necessary registers and records
  • Foster strong relationships and effective communication with business stakeholders and team members
