Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandise Coordinator to manage stock allocations and replenishments to stores while supporting the planning function.

The ideal candidate will be good with numbers, excited by data, and have a passion for retail. They will analyze sales trends, monitor deliveries, and maintain stock levels to maximize sales potential and exceed sales goals.

  • Support the Merchandising Team in analyzing sales trends and monitoring deliveries.
  • Analyze merchandise performance and allocate stock effectively.
  • Be the first point of contact for Account Managers and stores regarding stock levels.
  • Process orders and communicate these with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor deliveries and stock levels in distribution centers and stores.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and high organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated allocation experience within a retail industry.
