The role of lead kitchen manager is a pivotal position that requires a skilled and experienced individual to oversee the efficient operation of our kitchen during peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen staff, ensuring optimal workflow and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among kitchen staff.
- Collaborate with chefs and cooks to plan menus, manage inventory, and control costs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
This position offers an exceptional opportunity for career growth and development, working closely with our executive chef to develop new menu items and improve existing ones. The successful candidate will contribute to the success of our offsite prep kitchen and participate in festivals, markets, and events with our food truck.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably with qualifications in hospitality or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and rotating day/night shifts.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
