Insurance Trainee Program

Bell Partners, a leading insurance brokerage, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Trainee Program Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our brokers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and assisting with insurance broking tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to brokers, including preparing insurance documentation, following up on information and forms, and assisting with insurance renewals.
  • Maintain our reputation for exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and ensuring each interaction is a positive experience.
  • Lodge claims and assist with their efficient management.
  • Follow up on client payments.
  • Provide administrative and office support to the Managing Director.
Requirements:
  • Some experience in general insurance or an office environment is desirable, but not essential; we are happy to train the right person from the ground up.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • A "can-do" attitude, finding solutions rather than problems, and able to think on your feet.
  • Confidence in communicating with clients at all levels.
  • Determination to work hard and learn to build your future career in insurance.
  • A relevant university degree is preferred but not essential.
