Senior Mental Health Clinician
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Intervention: Provide high-level clinical services in correctional centres, managing complex assessments and interventions to support wellbeing and safety.
- Leadership and Supervision: Deliver clinical supervision and mentorship to promote a supportive environment while developing critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills within the team.
- Professional Development: Be accountable for your own professional development, maintaining clinical practice knowledge and expertise through active learning within the team and by engaging in professional development activities.
- Operational Efficiency: Operate independently to provide advice, undertake clinical consultations, and problem solve diverse and often complicated situations.
