Senior Mental Health Clinician
">Description- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Clinician to join our multidisciplinary team in correctional centres.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering high-level clinical services, managing complex assessments and interventions to support wellbeing and safety.
- In this role, you will be responsible for applying behaviour change models, developing and/or reviewing behavioural support management plans.
- You will also provide clinical supervision and mentorship to promote a supportive environment while developing critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills within the team.
- A key aspect of this role is operating independently to provide advice, undertake clinical consultations, and problem solve diverse and often complicated situations.
Our team consists of psychologists, social workers and occupational therapists, working together to make a positive impact on the lives of offenders.

- This is a mid-senior level position requiring significant expertise in mental health services.
- The successful candidate will be a full-time employee with a permanent contract.
- The role involves providing healthcare services to individuals in a correctional setting.
