HR Manager Role

This is a newly created role in a strategic HR capacity, partnering with healthcare organisations. As an HR Manager, you will lead HR practices, talent development and management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, development, and performance management processes.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure a safe work environment through effective risk management.
  • Drive employee engagement and lead direct reports in achieving organisational goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years HR experience, with 2+ years in a strategic role (healthcare or medical sector preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
