Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Office Coordinator. This position will provide executive support and administrative assistance to our leadership team.

  • Support the Managing Director with daily tasks, including diary management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
  • Manage schedules and ensure seamless execution of office operations.
  • Prepare presentations, agendas, and documentation for senior leaders.
  • Coordinate offsite meetings and events.
  • Act as a liaison between the leadership team, broader staff, and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time position based in the office 4-5 days a week to ensure daily coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).
  • Office Operations: Lead and manage office operations, including visitor support, maintenance, seating, and logistics.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the office manager and broader admin team.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve office processes and systems.
