Medical Education Specialist

We are seeking a talented educator to join our team as a lecturer in medical education. This role will involve teaching within a Doctor of Medicine program and contributing to the development of curricula and educational resources.
Main Responsibilities:- Demonstrate excellence in scholarly learning and teaching across the foundational years of the degree, incorporating various modes including cloud and clinical settings.
- Contribute to the review and refinement of units and courses.
- Pursue emerging reputation in the scholarship of teaching and educational development through independent contribution to pedagogical research activity and publication in learning and teaching.
- Support the integration of new pedagogical research across all aspects of education.
- A PhD in a relevant discipline or other relevant qualifications in a health professional discipline.
- A demonstrated ability to contribute effectively to UG or PG teaching programs in medical education, inspiring students to learn.
- A passion for teaching and learning.
- Experience in developing curricula and educational resources reflecting an understanding of the clinical medicine landscape and emerging practices in medical education.
